GOE Teens & Youth exists to help young people develop a strong biblical foundation, build meaningful relationships, discover their God-given purpose, and understand that they do not have to wait until adulthood to make a difference.

Raising a Generation Grounded in Christ
Our vision is to raise a generation of young people who know Jesus Christ, understand the truth of God’s Word, recognize their God-given value and purpose, and have the courage to live differently in a world constantly competing for their attention.
We want our teens and youth to become young men and women of faith, character, integrity, compassion, responsibility, courage, and leadership.
Our goal is not simply to prepare them to become strong Christian adults someday. We believe young people can follow Christ, serve others, lead by example, and make a meaningful difference in their families, schools, churches, neighborhoods, and communities today.
We are not simply preparing the church of tomorrow.
We are discipling young believers today.
Leaders. Parents. Community.
Helping young people develop spiritually, emotionally, and socially is not the responsibility of one person or one organization. It requires adults who are willing to teach, model, encourage, listen, and lead.
We Teach & Disciple
Our responsibility is to teach biblical truth, encourage prayer, help young people understand their identity in Christ, answer difficult questions honestly, model Christian character, and provide opportunities for them to grow, lead, serve, and develop their faith.
We Lead at Home
We believe parents and guardians have the greatest influence in a young person’s life. GOE Ministry exists to partner with families—not replace them. We want to reinforce biblical values, encourage communication, and help parents continue meaningful faith conversations at home.
We Set the Example
Young people need positive adults and community leaders who demonstrate that character, responsibility, compassion, hard work, integrity, accountability, and service still matter. Our actions teach just as loudly as our words.
What We Teach
Biblical discipleship should prepare young people for more than Sunday morning. We want them equipped to follow Christ in the decisions and challenges they encounter every day.

Young people are navigating a world that can be confusing, demanding, and constantly connected. We believe difficult subjects should not be ignored simply because they are uncomfortable.
Our goal is to create an environment where young people can ask real questions, receive age-appropriate biblical guidance, and talk with trusted adults who genuinely care about them.
We want teens and youth equipped to evaluate what they hear from friends, social media, entertainment, school, and culture through the truth of God’s Word.
Faith. Fellowship. Fun. Service.
Youth ministry should include biblical teaching, but it should also create friendships, memories, experiences, opportunities to serve, and places where young people genuinely enjoy being together.
Activities vary based on age group, availability, leadership, participation, scheduling, and appropriate parental permission.
Making a Difference Right Now
Young people are not merely the future of our communities. They are part of our communities today. Serving others teaches compassion, responsibility, gratitude, leadership, and what it means to put faith into action.

Partnering With Parents
GOE Ministry believes parents and guardians should know what their children are participating in and who is leading them. We want open communication with families and a ministry environment where parents are respected, informed, and encouraged to remain actively involved in the spiritual development of their children.

Because ministry with young people carries a serious responsibility, GOE Ministry is committed to appropriate adult supervision, healthy boundaries, parental communication and consent, age-appropriate activities, and practices designed to protect the safety and well-being of the teens and youth entrusted to our care.
